— Who it's for
Men between 25 and 40 who want somewhere to talk about what's actually going on, not just the surface version.
You don't need to be in crisis. Most of the men we're looking for are doing fine on the outside and know something is missing on the inside. Maybe the life you've built is good, but doesn't quite fit anymore. Maybe friendships have thinned out and you're not sure when that happened. Maybe there are things on your mind you want to talk about but can't figure out where and with whom.
What we're looking for is simple: men who are curious, self-aware enough to know they don't have everything figured out, and willing to be honest in a room with other men.

— WHAT WE WILL TALK ABOUT
We bring a topic to each session: work and the pressure that comes with it, marriage or the end of one, fatherhood, ambition, money, friendship, the transitions that tend to catch men off guard.
We open each session with a short framing of the topic, some context or helpful concepts, and then get into it. A few men share something real, others listen and respond, and we see where it goes.
The topic gets things started. From there, we make room for wherever the conversation needs to go.
