The two of us who run this group bring backgrounds in coaching and group facilitation. We know how to listen, when to move a conversation deeper, and how to stay with something when it's worth staying with.
We bring the structure. The men in the room bring the content and do most of the work. Men in Conversation is a group experience where men can speak openly, listen deeply, and grow in relationship with themselves and others.
